Getting to SickKids
The Hospital for Sick Children, also known as SickKids, is located in downtown Toronto at 555 University Avenue, between Gerrard and Elm streets. The hospital has two main entrances – 555 University Avenue and 170 Elizabeth Street (the newer Atrium building behind the older 555 University building).
Parking is available underground (off Elm Street) and at street level.

How to get to SickKids by public transit
TTC
SickKids is located between two subway stations on the University-Spadina line.
From the north: Exit at Queen’s Park station and walk one block south on University Avenue.
From the south, including travelling from Union Station: Exit at St. Patrick station and walk two blocks north on University Avenue.
The 505 Dundas and 506 Carlton streetcars stop at University Avenue.

GO Transit
SickKids is a short subway ride from Union Station on the University-Spadina line. Union Station is GO Transit’s hub for trains and buses. Enter the subway at Union Station and head north on the University-Spadina line to St. Patrick station. When exiting St. Patrick station, walk two blocks north on University Avenue to SickKids.

Greyhound/Coach Canada/Ontario Northlands
SickKids is located one block north of the Toronto Coach Terminal, which is served by several bus companies.
How to get to SickKids by car
If driving from the north, take the Don Valley Parkway south (downtown). Exit at Bloor Street and make a left on to Castle Frank Road then a right onto Bloor Street. Follow Bloor (travelling west) to Bay Street (Bay Street is one intersection west of Yonge). Travel south on Bay and make a right on to Elm Street. Parking and the hospital can be found one block west, on your right side.
If driving from the south, exit the Gardiner Expressway at the Spadina Avenue exit. Please not: until January 2018 the York Street/Bay Street exit is under construction. For more information see the construction notice. Instead take the Spadina Avenue exit. Travel north on Spadina and make a right on Adelaide. Turn left onto University Avenue. Travel north on University Avenue up to Elm Street. Make a right on Elm. The hospital's underground parking can be found one block east, on your left
If driving from the east or west, take the 401 to the Don Valley Parkway south (downtown). Exit at Bloor Street and make a left on to Castle Frank Road then a right onto Bloor Street. Follow Bloor (travelling west) to Bay Street (Bay Street is one intersection west of Yonge). Travel south on Bay and make a right on to Elm Street. Parking and the hospital can be found one block west, on your right side.
