Project 598-2018 – Approaches for Modelling Technological Change and Investments in Climate Change Mitigation Technology or Programs
Project Description: The Contractor will develop a guidance document for use by Canada’s federal, provincial and territorial governments that: lists and describes the key innovative technologies with potential to reduce carbon intensive energy use and GHG emissions in Canada in the 2017 – 2030 time period; describes current approaches to modelling technological change in Canada and leading jurisdictions worldwide; and reviews and recommends best practices for modelling technological change and programs to support new technologies.
