Communications Services Standing Offer

Communications Nova Scotia sometimes partners with private sector companies and individuals to provide government departments, agencies and other bodies the highest level of communication-related services possible. We work with creative and innovative companies and individuals in areas such as video production, graphic design, photography, research and evaluation, editing and web services.

The agency manages the Communications Services Standing Offer on behalf of government, providing a streamlined process to access qualified suppliers.

Government employees must consult with their communications staff or CNS Project Services at CNSClientSVC@gov.ns.ca prior to accessing suppliers on the Communications Services Standing Offer.

If you are an organization within the municipal, academic, school board or health sectors (MASH) and wish to access this Standing Offer, please contact CNS Project Services.

The Standing Offer is renewed every two years, with an interim contract for new suppliers or current suppliers offering new services, in between. Private sector vendors wanting to apply to the Communications Services Standing Offer should watch for the Request for Standing offer tender issued as part of the regular tender process, posted to the Procurement Services website.
