Canada Post service disruption
Stay on top of your finances and bill payments during the Canada Post mail delivery disruption.
As Canada Post works to resume normal operations, delivery of important documents like bank statements, bills and invoices may continue to be interrupted.
It’s easy to stay on top of your finances and payments during this time, using eStatements, or by accessing your account information through many convenient banking options. Learn how to set up eStatements through CIBC Online Banking® or bank via our CIBC Mobile Banking® App by visiting Ways to Bank.
Please remember that you are required to continue to make regular payments to meet your financial obligations (e.g., credit card, loan, mortgages, etc.) during in the event of a Canada Post service disruption.
