The Soldier’s Canteen is a fast- food and lower-priced option provided to walk-in visitors and pre-booked groups during the operating season of May to September annually.

The Bonnycastle Bakery, named after Sir Richard Bonnycastle, a historic figure relative to Fort Henry, is a new food and beverage opportunity that features wood-fired pizza from Fort Henry’s historic ovens.

Garrison Restaurant
The Garrison Restaurant is a fine dining option with a standard operating season of May to September annually, and as requested by customers in the Off-Season. Three of the rooms are linked offering a capacity for 168 seated guests or 250 guests for a stand-up reception.
