Population

Beaver Creek's population is currently 103 (2013), approximately half of which are White River First Nations members.

The population of the Yukon itself is growing; a population growth of 11.6% between the 2006 and 2011 census years was the highest in Canada.

Labour Force

The people of Beaver Creek are adaptable, creative, entrepreneurial and innovative. Yukon has one of the highest university degree per capita ratios in Canada and a high rate of high school completion.

Government services, which includes the Canadian Border Services Agency, territorial government, and First Nation administration provides most employment opportunities in Beaver Creek.  Local lodges and restaurants provide employment during the busy tourist months of May through September.
