The InfoLink/ONEcard Service Centre, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
The Student Life Central desk in the Lower Level of the Students' Union Building (SUB), Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Note, Government issued photo identification such as a driver’s license or passport must be presented to pick up your ONEcard.

U-Pass Distribution

The Fall 2019 U-Pass can be picked up at our InfoLink locations and will be valid until December 31, 2019. New students will be provided with their Fall U-Pass when they pick up their ONEcard. Winter term U-Pass stickers will be available starting December 9, 2019.

Card Replacement

Is the card replacement date on your ONEcard nearing or has it completely passed you by? Fear not, it isn't expired and your card won't stop working. But you can bring your card in for a replacement during office hours.

Staff ONEcards must be replaced before this date in order to use the Staff LRT program.
