Infection Prevention and Control Canada has been made aware of service providers by the name Exhibition Housing Services (EHS), and Global Expo Travel, who attempt to contact our valued exhibitors under the guise of working on behalf of IPAC Canada, and our conference, to offer hotel reservation services.

Please note these types of hotel/housing services do NOT represent IPAC Canada or BUKSA Strategic Conference Services, our Conference Coordinator company, nor have we authorized them to act on our behalf, or on behalf of our exhibitors. It is our understanding that these companies charges excess booking fees for their services, and may immediately process your credit card for the full amount of your hotel reservation, in advance. If you are contacted by one of these companies. we urge you to exercise caution before entering into any agreement with them. IF YOU ARE SENT AN EMAIL with a link to their website, do not open it. Doing so will likely cause harm to your device.

We assure our valued exhibitors that IPAC Canada and BUKSA do NOT share your contact information with any such outside agencies at any time.

IPAC Canada Conference exhibitors should contact Delta Hotels by Marriott Winnipeg directly for accommodation during the conference.
