Canadian Foundation for Infectious Diseases

While the AMMI Canada - CACMID Annual Conference 2020 has been cancelled, CFID is moving ahead with a safe and hopefully morale boosting version of its 2020 Bug Run.  CFID encourages all those who were planning to attend the AMMI Canada meeting - and the CFID membership as a whole - to undertake their own 5K run/walk over the coming weeks (while incorporating proper public health practices).  Even a walk on your treadmill will do!  Virtual participants are encouraged to take a "selfie" of themselves and email their photos to cfid@researchid.com.  Photos will be collected and a montage of participants will be posted on the CFID Website in early May 2020.
 
CFID thanks you in advance for participating in the 2020 Bug Run.  Our mandate - to improve the health of Canadians and people worldwide through the support of research and dissemination of knowledge pertaining to the prevention, diagnosis, control and treatment of infectious disease - has never been more relevant.
