The more pageviews you collect data from, the faster you will collect recordings and the faster your will generate heatmap and form reports. Choosing a pageview limit that includes all your traffic will also ensure funnels are not based on a sample of your traffic.
Yes. There is no limit to the number of sites you can manage in one account. Sites are organized according to an 'organization' and plans are charged per site. This makes it easy to manage multiple sites that your organization owns in Hotjar. It’s also ideal to manage multiple client sites from one account.
Hotjar works differently from other tools that capture data based on data points. Instead of collecting the first 20,000 data points and then stop collecting data, Hotjar automatically distributes data collection throughout the day (what we call 'sampling'). The closer your data points to your site traffic, the bigger the % of data you will collect.

Yes you can invite your clients to only access data within their organization in Hotjar. Your clients will not be able to access any other data in your account. Always make sure that each client is set up with their own organization.

You can invite your clients to set up their own account (they will manage and pay for themselves) while you get instant access to their data and reports. Alternatively, you can manage and pay for your clients' accounts by adding them directly to your own account as separate 'organizations'.
