Monaco
Monaco is located next to France and the Mediterranean Sea. According to WHO estimates in 2020, the average female life expectancy is 88.5 years in Monaco while the average male life expectancy is 84.7 years. As the length of life increases, older people can respond with lifestyle changes that can increase healthy years of life. Correspondingly, health care systems need to shift towards more geriatric care, the prevention and management of chronic diseases and more formal long-term care.
