Complaints procedure

If you are dissatisfied with a service or program or with the processing of your case, you can file a complaint with the organization concerned.

 

Many public bodies and private enterprises have a procedure for dealing with complaints filed by their clients. Any citizen, or the citizen's representative, is entitled to use the procedure free of charge.
