Document requirements

To ensure the prompt processing of your application for credit, the following items are typically required by your TD Canada Trust Business Banking Specialist 2.

  • Personal earnings
    Confirmation of income using Notices of Assessment for the most recent two-year period
  • Business earnings
    Financial statements for the most recent two-year period of your business plan
  • Personal net worth statement
    Statements to confirm investments/deposits (held outside TD Canada Trust)
  • Agreement of Purchase and Sale for real estate
    Signed documentation to confirm real estate transactions (if applicable)
Some credit requests require additional information, such as: Copy of Lease Agreement or Offer to Lease, Aged Accounts Receivable List, Current Inventory Declaration, Appraisal of existing professional practice.
