Who We Are

The Infection Control Training Group is an industry leader in the provision of practical, quality, technical, and timely infection prevention and control (IPAC) consulting. We provide a variety of key education, training and instructional services. We have over 70 years of combined healthcare-related infection control experience. In fact, 2 of our instructors were on the frontlines during the 2003 SARS outbreak and 2009 H1N1 pandemic.

We have assisted many clients in identifying potential micro-organism infection risks, and designing and implementing practical, effective strategies, methods and solutions to control and manage those risks. These solutions not only protect healthcare facility occupants, but also anyone that could be potentially affected by SARS-CoV-2 (the virus itself) and COVID-19 (the disease).

Our Current Challenges

Everyone is on ”high alert.” But there is a lack of access to proper and sufficient information, data, and scientific evidence regarding IPAC and protecting yourself and others from exposure SARS-CoV-2 while working in various spaces.

With the ever-evolving, changing landscape in our world, it is critical to be properly educated, with useful and practical information, and the proper methods, proper tools, equipment, and materials to keep ourselves and others safe.

With many false or half-truths, myths and even lies that are circulating throughout social media, the internet, and even some news outlets, we can help you navigate through these challenging times. By presenting only factbased, scientific information, we can assist you in making sound and robust decisions to minimize your potential
exposures and risks.

How We Can Help

Our primary goal: help you protect yourself, your colleagues, and your family/friends during this ever changing and rapidly evolving landscape, while minimizing your risks and liabilities, including health and safety, business impacts, interruptions and potentially financial and/or social losses.

We have the qualifications, education/training, industry knowledge, experience and technical expertise/skills to help you and your stakeholders address and mitigate SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19. Our instructors are educated and trained to a very high level of infection prevention and control.

Our 8-hour certification web-based course will educate, teach, and instruct you and your workers in industry-accepted IPAC principles, standards and requirements that can be practically applied to your business operations.

Limitations

To help our healthcare system, medical providers and the community at large minimize the spread of COVID-19, we will only be delivering training via virtual, web-based avenues. We all need to do our part to give our healthcare systems and healthcare workers a fighting chance. Should anyone have questions or concerns, please contact us.

Who Needs Our Courses

Anyone who has a business, space or service that has been or could be affected by SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19. Stakeholders may include, but are not limited to:
