Nominate someone
I want to nominate someone for recognition.
Here’s how:
You can nominate someone who you think makes our province a better place to live. That person could join the dozens of Ontarians we honour every year.
We’d like to encourage you to use our online nomination template. It’s easy to use and allows you to securely fill it out online. You can fill it out in no time, from virtually anywhere — your home, your work or any public computer. Test it out. If it’s not for you, you can still send in your nomination forms by mail.
There is no time limit on how long it will take you to fill out a nomination on-line. However, if you let your computer sit idle for more than 20 minutes at any time, the screen will go to sleep and you will lose all the information entered. You will not be able to save your nomination and return to it at a later time.
We’ve placed a time limit for security reasons.
To make the process easier for you, we suggest you prepare supporting documents such as testimonial letters and achievement descriptions in advance.
