This program helps internationally trained engineers who are seeking employment in the project management sector to find commensurate employment in the field. The program provides participants with occupation-specific communications training, technical training, exam preparation, employment supports and employer engagement activities. The program’s academic component is offered in partnership with Ryerson University.

Through this program, internationally trained Francophone immigrant students who have a college diploma and/or university degree, are living in the Toronto, Hamilton, London or Windsor area and want to transfer their project management skills and knowledge may obtain a certificate in business administration (project management) from Collège Boréal. The program will also provide an internship and subsequently a job as a project coordinator or project manager in a medium-sized or large company in Ontario. All courses will be in French.

This is a 15-week program that helps internationally educated professionals with project management experience in the engineering, science, environmental or IT fields, find employment as mid-level managers in their field. The program provides participants with sector-specific courses, a work experience opportunity, employment preparation training and employment supports. Upon completion of the program, participants obtain a Chang School certificate and will be ready to write the Project Management Professional (PMP) Examination offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
