Agriculture and Natural Resources

This sector comprises workplaces that mainly produces food sources, including growing crops, raising animals, and harvesting fish and other animals. These workplaces are also associated with the extraction and refinement of natural resources such as harvesting timber, mining, and oil and gas extraction. They are often described as farms, nurseries, orchards, hatcheries, mines, quarries and extraction facilitates. These workplaces can operate as owners, renters or contractors.  

Agricultural activities consist of production of crops and animals, including aquaculture as well as support activities.  The extraction of natural resources includes logging, mineral solids, liquid minerals, and gases taken as unrefined or raw form.  Operation activities include operating mines, quarries and oil and gas wells, and they can also provide supporting activities such as exploration, or other mining services.
