Find an Ontario court
More Information
Hours
Court office hours are, generally, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
At this time, counter services are offered between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
A satellite court provides selected and limited court services in conjunction with a main court office. Please contact the satellite court office for hours of operation.
Accessibility
Many of our courthouses have accessibility features for people with disabilities. When you select a courthouse, you will see a list of its accessibility features, as well as the contact information for the courthouse’s Accessibility Coordinator. If you have any questions about the courthouse’s accessibility features, or if you need accessible court services, please contact the Accessibility Coordinator listed under that location.
Daily court lists
Looking for information about your upcoming court appearance? Access daily court lists here. Please note that if your event is scheduled in a satellite or fly-in court location, your event may not be listed or may be under the main court location. Please contact either the satellite court or base court for more information.
Please note: Online court lists for weekend bail courts are not available at this time.
Please visit the municipal Provincial Offences Court contact page for more information about finding a municipal court location near you.
Fax Machines
As part of Ontario's commitment to green strategies, a number of courts have reduced the number of fax machines in use. Clients are asked to call the court and they will be given either a fax number or an email address where they may send their inquiries and documents.
