Does mental health feel like a confusing concept? Although it’s talked about now more than ever, it’s OK if you’re still unsure what it means. Mental health is different for everyone, and talking about it can bring up strong emotions. Kids Help Phone is available 24/7 to help boost understanding of mental health so you can feel more empowered to talk about it.
