What services does Kids Help Phone offer?

Kids Help Phone’s e-mental health services include phone and text support. Our one-to-one services are free, available in English and French and open 24/7. How can Kids Help Phone support me by text message?

It can be helpful to chat with someone about what’s going on for you without having to say it out loud. Young people can get support via text message 24/7 with Crisis Text Line powered by Kids Help Phone.

When you text 686868, we’ll put you in touch with a trained, volunteer crisis responder who will listen to you and help you sort through your feelings. You can use a cellphone to text in at any time.
