The first 100 days in a new role are critical for the success of on-boarding.
A 'First 100 Day' coaching package is available from external professional coaches,
and includes:
- 14 personal coaching sessions
- Phone and email support between coaching sessions, as needed
- Administration of up to 3 assessments and detailed interpretation of results, as
needed
- A personal 'First 100 Day' action plan
- A post-'First 100 Day' action plan to guide employees in sustaining their momentum
