Building Code Conservation Advisory Council
The Building Code Conservation Advisory Council (BCCAC) is an advisory agency, authorized under the Building Code Act. Its mandate is to provide strategic advice to the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing on the Building Code with reference to standards for energy and water conservation and to perform such other functions as the minister may specify.
Members of the public may attend Council’s meetings. Please contact Heather Black (heather.black@ontario.ca) at the Building and Development Branch if you wish to receive meeting dates and agendas.
