The 42nd Parliament, 1st Session was prorogued on September 12, 2021.

The ballot list shows the order that private members’ public business is scheduled and the notice deadlines for each ballot item. The draw for the order of ballot item numbers is conducted by the Clerk of the Legislative Assembly.

There is usually only one active ballot list. However, when a list nears completion, a second draw is held to provide advance notice to MPPs of their future scheduled ballot dates and notice deadlines.
