• You are Métis. Anyone who is a citizen of the MNO or who self-identifies as Métis will be considered Métis for the purposes of MVDF.
• You reside in Ontario and your business is located in Ontario.
• You have 10% equity in your business.
• You have entrepreneurial skills, an understanding of your market and expertise in your field.
• The Métis owner of the enterprise holds at least 50% of the business and stands to gain from any funding provided by MVDF
