Designed and delivered by leading subject matter experts in Canada, our compelling virtually facilitated 90-minute interactive webinar on Workplace for Gender and Sexual Diversity teaches participants to create supportive conditions and foster positive interpersonal and institutional relationships with 2SLGBTQI identifying stakeholders.

We offer custom sessions upon request. This is a great option for organizations that have already undergone foundational training (90-min interactive webinar). Customization is ideal for organizations looking to address specific issues, applications, or skill requirements related to a particular job function (e.g. customer service), departmental role (e.g. HR, executive leadership), or sector.
Custom sessions are especially popular among organizations specializing in the areas of education, finance and banking, health care, hospitality, justice, law enforcement, policy and data analysis, sports, etc.

Egale supports Canada’s vision of safer and accepting schools for all by delivering FREE professional development workshops to every school.
Workshops provide participants with:
- A deeper understanding of the impact homophobia, biphobia and transphobia and feeling unsafe have on student success and performance;
- Concrete strategies for creating safer schools for all students and staff by addressing homophobia, biphobia and transphobia with confidence;
- Free comprehensive resources to support inclusive classroom teaching and school-wide strategies;

We encourage you to attend with a school team that includes at least on administrator, though individual attendance is also welcome. These workshops are specifically designed for individuals who have had less exposure to 2SLGBTQI issues.

Egale delivered LGBTQI inclusion training sessions for the national law enforcement services in Montenegro (2012) and St. Vincent and Grenadine (2017), as part of the Report Homophobic Violence, Period program in partnership with the Toronto Police Service.
Egale collaborated with the Commonwealth Secretariat to identify the states that are prime for the national law enforcement training and worked with various national and international civil society organizations for delivery of trainings overseas.
