1. Part XIII of Ontario Regulation 665/98 is amended by adding the following section:
102.1 A person hunting on the portion of the Himsworth Crown Game Preserve, described as part of the township of North Himsworth composed of Lot 6, Concession XVIII, is exempt from the prohibitions set out in subsections 9 (1) and (2) of the Act.
