I would like to see the Government of Canada indicate, by Department, Agency and Crown Corporation, the percentage of Canadian Armed Forces Veterans they employ. So that data like Male/Female, Ethnic Origin, First Nations, Persons with Disabilities, are listed along with Veterans. To show Canadians which Departments, Agencies and Crown Corporations are moving ahead to honour The Veterans Hiring Act which became Canadian Law on 1 July 2015. So that at the Management level of our government can see in a snapshot which Departments, Agencies and Crown Corporations are hiring within their organizations. And no, Veterans are not all Persons with Disabilities.
Population of the Federal Public Service
This data presents population counts for the Federal Public Service (i.e. all departments and agencies governed by the Financial Administration Act (FAA) Schedules I, IV and V) from March 31st, 2000 to March 31st, 2017.
