The student financial analyst inventory launches twice a year to recruit and hire students in financial management positions. Although most positions are for the summer months, there are opportunities throughout the year.

Even more opportunities with the Financial Officer Recruitment and Development (FORD) program
FORD is a development program for entry-level financial professionals. Program participants will have the opportunity to work in up to 3 different areas of finance, allowing them to gain the practical experience required for the CPA. Participants are also supported professionally and financially to obtain their chartered professional accountant (CPA) designation.
How to participate
Students: If you have completed a work term with the GC prior to your graduation, you may be eligible for admittance into the FORD program.
Employees: Effective Fall 2020, employees interested in the program may be nominated by their manager.
What’s required:- Receive a positive work placement assessment
- Be eligible for CPA Professional Education Program (PEP)
- Express an interest in the FORD program
Did you know?
The work placement assessment template is shared with the finance community every 4 months along with the complete instructions. Managers are encouraged to complete the assessment in collaboration with their students.
