We do not process:

Applications for Employment Insurance (EI), Canada Pension Plan (CPP) including disability benefits, Old Age Security (OAS) or Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS).
You can apply for these benefits through My Service Canada Account on the Service Canada website.
