Passport services: eService and in-person appointments
In-person passport services are offered by appointment only for those travelling in 25 business days or less with a proof of travel or need. Please make a request for an appointment using eServiceCanada.
If you are travelling in more than 25 business days, you must mail your application to the address indicated on the application form.

Callback
When you have filled out the eservice request form, a representative will contact you to schedule an in-person appointment.
If you missed our call
Two attempts are made to contact clients who submit a request using eServiceCanada.
When a client cannot be reached after the first attempt, a voice message is left saying that a second attempt will be made the next day.
If a client cannot be reached after 2 attempts, a voice mail is left advising them to submit a new request by using the eServiceCanada portal.
