Important notice - PBC is committed to providing victims with up-to-date information around actions it is taking as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic that may impact them. We will contact victims in as timely a fashion as possible. Information will also be posted to the PBC’s website (Canada.ca/victims-and-parole). Victims can also follow us on Twitter (@PBC_CLCC).
Available to any registered victim of crime and/or their representative
Victims may:
- Receive/view information about the offender
- View/manage preferences for receiving information
- Submit a victim statement to the Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) and the Parole Board of Canada (PBC)
- Request to observe a PBC hearing
- Request to present a victim statement at a PBC hearing
- Request copies of PBC decisions
Representatives may:
- Receive/view information about the offender provided on the victim's behalf
- View/manage preferences for receiving information
