The Resilience Plus Program is a unique, evidence-based, and bilingual program that provides webinars in support of building personal resilience amongst the members of RMC and RMC Saint-Jean communities.
A collaborative program funded by the Sexual Misconduct Response Centre between Garrison Kingston and the Sexual Assault Centre (SAC) Kingston offering priority access to its Skills and Support program with free and confidential support services (including chat) to all survivors of sexual violence, recent or historic, throughout KFL&A.
