Court Services

The Court Services Division is responsible for the provision of support services for the Nunavut Court of Justice for all of Nunavut. The Division also provides assistance to the public, the judiciary, counsel, the RCMP and other officials in all the languages of Nunavut.

Additional responsibilities include administration of the Sheriff's office, the Justice of the Peace Program, the Family Support Program, and the provision of access to legal research through the Nunavut Court of Justice Law Library.
