    Idling gets you nowhere. Idling wastes fuel, wastes money, contributes to reduced air quality, & contributes to global climate change. So…turn your engine off when stopped for 10 seconds or more. Save money and spare the air.

    Wastewater testing for COVID-19 began in early May & show COVID is present in PEI. Dr. Heather Morrison says results are not surprising and serve as another reminder that COVID-19 continues to circulate in the province.

    Route 1 in Tryon has reopened. (1:20 pm)

    Effective Immediately (8:30 am June 16) – Rte 1 in Tryon between the Church Rd and the Mount Tryon Rd will be closed to all traffic due to a tractor trailer roll over. A local detour is in place.
