Arrow direction
The arrows in the direction column are based on the change in values from the previous year. Direction and colour is based on the default view of the indicator and will not change as the data is filtered.
: Value increased from the previous year.
: Value decreased from the previous year.
: No change in value from the previous year or only one year of data.
Colour/performance
Performance is based on the valuation of the direction of improvement for the data from the previous year.
Green : Value is moving in the identified direction of improvement.
Red : Value is not moving in the identified direction of improvement.
Yellow : Value is moving in a neutral direction (i.e., improvement is unclear).
Grey : Only one year of data or no change from the previous year of data.
