Call (343)882-9541 to speak to a volunteer.

A volunteer on shift will answer your call. You will be asked to identify your name and will be told to call back immediately if a disconnect occurs.

The volunteer will request the following information from you to identify if an emergency occurs:

• Name
• Current location
• Destination
• Phone Number
• Expected time until arrival
• What you are wearing to be immediately identified in an emergency

If you do not wish to disclose any of this information, you have the absolute right to do so at your own risk

You will be asked for an update about every 5 minutes. This is just for the volunteer to know that you are still moving towards your destination.

Over the phone, you will notice that the volunteer will keep a conversation going. The reason for this is that if there is no conversation going on, the volunteer will have no knowledge of what is occurring in your surroundings. Also, it is always fun getting to now new people! J This program is also international student friendly, meaning you can call the number from anywhere in the world!
