Canadians are world leaders in the use of the Internet, taking advantage of its ability to provide up-to-date information and fast service in all aspects of economic and social life. Canadians expect the same level of service and convenience from government. The Government of Canada has set a target of putting the most frequently used services on-line by 2005.
