In 1999 there were 2,151 reported accidents, 1,248 mandatorily reported incidents, 512 voluntarily reported incidents, 227 fatalities.
In 2000 there were 1,988 reported accidents, 1,340 mandatorily reported incidents, 579 voluntarily reported incidents, 210 fatalities.
In 2001 there were 1,960 reported accidents, 1,448 mandatorily reported incidents, 643 voluntarily reported incidents, 212 fatalities.
In 2002 there were 1,812 reported accidents, 1,377 mandatorily reported incidents, 660 voluntarily reported incidents, 188 fatalities.
In 2003 there were 1,968 reported accidents, 1,388 mandatorily reported incidents, 671 voluntarily reported incidents, 172 fatalities.

Figure 2 - Investigations in Process / Completed
In 1999-2000 there were 150 investigations in process, 81 were completed.
In 2000-2001 there were 176 investigations in process, 87 were completed.
In 2001-2002 there were 159 investigations in process, 111 were completed.
In 2002-2003 there were 139 investigations in process, 109 were completed.
In 2003-2004 there were 137 investigations in process, 73 were completed.
