Electronic Distribution of Construction Drawings and Specifications (EDCDS)
As of June 18, 2005, the electronic distribution of construction drawings and specifications, such as blueprints will be enabled through the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS), which is provided by MERXTM.
Registered suppliers will be able to preview electronic versions of blueprints and specifications, and download them free of charge.
