In the Spring of 2002, the National Advisory Council on Aging (NACA)
submitted an abstract to the Romanow Commission on the Future of Health
Care in Canada. The purpose of this document is to describe and explain
the Council's views to the public at large, in anticipation of the Romanow
Commission's Final report, due to be released in mid-November, 2002.
