Caffeine is the world's most popular drug. Caffeine is a stimulant that speeds up your central nervous system. It is found in coffee, tea, cola drinks, cocoa, chocolate, wake-up pills and some headache and cold medicines.

Caffeine is found coffee beans, tea leaves, cocoa leaves and kola nuts. In it's pure form it is a white powder but we don't usually see it in this form. In fact we don't often see it at all. Usually it is just an ingredient in a cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate, or a can of pop like Coke or Pepsi. Information on how much caffeine is too much and whether it is addictive.
