 Welcome to the
 Nova Scotia Department of Energy

We are working hard to ensure that Nova Scotians benefit from the energy sector and that our businesses are able to compete successfully in the growing energy field.

These benefits include royalties from the Sable Offshore Energy Project, which help pave roads, build schools and increase the level of health care services in Nova Scotia.

We are also building new opportunities for young Nova Scotians through university and college scholarships and work opportunities, and are helping all Nova Scotians deal with climate change and the rising cost of energy.

Learn more about these benefits and others on our website, or contact us at enerinfo@gov.ns.ca.
