These Guidelines are intended to assist you in meeting your obligations under the Employment Equity Act and Regulations.

These Guidelines will support your efforts in implementing employment equity in the workplace. These Guidelines are for everyone who will participate in the planning and implementation of employment equity in the workplace: employers, unions and employees, including members of the four designated groups - women, Aboriginal peoples, persons with disabilities and visible minorities.
