- Not all Christians celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ on the
same day. Western Christians celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ
on December 25, while Eastern/Orthodox/Byzantine Christians
celebrate on January 7.
- The United Church of Canada, a Canadian church founded in 1925,
is an important example of ecumenism, the unity of Christians
worldwide.
- According to official Statistics Canada figures, 83 per cent
