Mystery Shopping Results

FCAC has released the results of its mystery shopping exercise. Last Spring, FCAC sent mystery shoppers into 1,653 bank branches across Canada to identify best practices in banks with respect to the type and availability of information they are providing to their customers. Results of the exercise are provided in the PDF file below.
