1) Small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) development
- To develop local assets by stimulating an
entrepreneurial culture
- To increase the productivity of enterprises
- To assist in making new technologies part of business

- To develop new markets, especially for regional
organic agri-food products
- To increase value-added in natural resource development and processing by
supporting activities that take a sustainable development approach
2) Improvement of the economic development environment
- To support secondary and tertiary processing of
natural resources and integrated management of all forest resources
- To contribute to the improvement of existing
infrastructures and the international marketing of regional tourism products
- To support the processing and marketing of species
underexploited by the fisheries and aquaculture sector and the development of
new international markets
