How do I publish a Garage Keepers Lien Notice in either the monthly issue of The Yukon Gazette or in the newspapers?

The Editor of The Yukon Gazette faxes you a set of instructions on what to do to publish a notice in either the monthly issue of The Yukon Gazette or in the newspapers.  A sample of how the Garage Keepers Lien Notice is to be formatted for publishing is attached to these instructions.  Once the notice has been typed up, a copy is faxed to The Editor of The Yukon Gazette at (867) 393-6210. Once approved, the notice is faxed back to you.  You then fax a copy to one or both of the local newspapers for formatting of their ads.  Once they have formatted the ad, the newspapers are to fax the ad to the Editor of The Yukon Gazette for final approval.   Once approved, the notice is faxed back to the paper(s) and it is then published in the timeframe required under Section 8 of the Garage Keepers Lien Act.  The newspapers will bill the client directly.  For Garage Keepers Lien Notices published in the monthly issue of The Yukon Gazette, Queen's Printer will invoice directly to the client for payment.
