CCC provides a knowledgeable and experienced team member to advise you on contracts and contracting negotiation strategies to help you win the export contract.

CCC's involvement in your deal -- as prime contractor -- can result in you enjoying more favourable contract terms.

When exporters sell through CCC, foreign buyer can have the full assurance that the Government of Canada is standing behind your deal. CCC's government-backed guarantee of contract performance provides Canadian exporters with an edge to compete in a global marketplace.

Canadian exporters, having receivables on a contract with CCC, now have access to immediate payments for their invoices through Receivables Discounting. This allows exporters to meet their immediate financial obligations without increasing their debt. Canadian exporters can also benefit from access to competitive rates on foreign exchange.

During negotiations CCC works with exporters to ensure that the contract terms ensure sufficient cash flow for your export project. CCC also can facilitate access to pre-shipment financing for export sales through the Progress Payment Program for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which is offered in partnership with Canadian financial institutions.

Fees for Service

There is a $500 application fee for CCC services plus all fees and expenses.
