Technology (ICT) procurement policies and practices. This process
is driven by the government's desire to ensure that the ICT
procurement process;
- is transparent and accessible to all businesses, large and small.
- is more consistent and coordinated.
- is built upon principles of risk management rather than risk avoidance, facilitating better equity
among businesses of all size.
- is less prescriptive in its approach, enabling more innovative and cost-effective solutions to be
brought forward by vendors.
