Rockcliffe Lands Redevelopment
Canada Lands Company’s approach to the redevelopment of the Rockcliffe lands is defined by its commitment to extensive public consultation.
One of the first tasks of the Rockcliffe lands project team is to consult the community. We want to know your ideas about urban community issues that concern you. Your views on issues such as sustainability, transportation, safety, livability, and smart growth, for example, are important to us. What will it take to make this new community vibrant, healthy and a good place to live and work?
The outcome of this community consultation will provide the basis for the Community Design Plan, which will be submitted to the City of Ottawa as part of the municipal approval process to obtain required zoning and other approvals to redevelop the site.
